More than 100 vendors will line Mill Street in Gahanna's Creekside District on Sunday, Sept. 27, for the 61st Annual Mill Street Market.
The free, all-ages event runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 117 Mill St. in downtown Gahanna. Dogs are welcome.
The Gahanna Historical Society, which organizes the market, said on its website that the event focuses on community, local artists and building small businesses. The market is also known as the Gahanna Flea Market.
Shoppers can browse vendor booths offering handmade goods, vintage items, antiques, home décor, baked goods and local products, according to a Columbus Underground event listing. The market also features live music, food and drinks.
The Historical Society has spent more than 60 years collecting and preserving artifacts, photographs and other materials tied to Gahanna's past. That preservation work feeds directly into the Mill Street Market, which has brought vendors, artisans, collectors and shoppers to Creekside since the mid-1960s. CityScene Magazine's summer 2026 events calendar also lists the market as a Gahanna Historical Society event at the Creekside District.
Kari Hawk, president of the Gahanna Historical Society, has championed that community-first mission. In a February CityScene Magazine profile about Gahanna's America250 celebration, Hawk said, "It's important for every individual to realize they need to participate in being a part of a community … Every community grows by individual contributions."
The Historical Society promoted the market on Instagram on Sept. 19, noting the vendor count and encouraging families to bring friends and pets.
No specific vendor names or entertainment lineup have been announced publicly. Residents can find updates at GahannaHistory.com.
