Gahanna Lincoln's girls volleyball program picked up wins at varsity, JV and freshman levels Sept. 2 at Marion-Franklin.

The three-level sweep marked the first victories of the fall for head coach Aleese Butler's squad. The varsity team opened the season with non-conference losses to Lancaster, Worthington Kilbourne and Westerville South in late August, according to MaxPreps.

Gahanna Lincoln Athletics said on X that the Golden Lions brought home victories at all three levels against the Red Devils.

Butler, a Gahanna Lincoln alumna from the Class of 2014, was approved as head coach at the Gahanna-Jefferson Board of Education's June 18 meeting. She is in her first season leading the program.
